Today on Oprah Winfrey Show are American’s that suffer from Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and attend a Camp for treating disorders. The disorders can vary from patient to patient and have sever results on the individual. He/She is normally treated by family but if intensive care is needed than the Camp is the chance for change. Oprah’s guest deal with random impulses, or feelings that are excessive worries about real-life problems. The cases vary from germs, scared of the toilet, and poison food. The disorder also includes many of the following cases:

- Repeated hand washing
- Repeated clearing of the throat, although nothing may need to be cleared.
- Specific counting systems
- Perfectly aligning objects
- Fear of acting out on violent or aggressive impulses.
- Unwanted sexual thoughts
- Chasing
- Strange and chronic worries
- Fear of going crazy.
- Repetitive and often pointless exercises of doing something over and over again.

An estimated 10 million Americans suffer from OCD. The 6 people fight there way though 72 hours to defeat their habit. OCD is potentially long term and there hasn’t been a proven method of restoration. Oprah Winfrey gives a pre and post interview on the victims and help defeat this deadly disorder.
